Working principle:
Zero air consumption compressed hot air dryer absorbs the advantages of high temperature
desorption of heat adsorption dryer and large adsorption capacity of non-heat
adsorption dryer at room temperature. It avoids the shortcomings of short
switching time of non-heat adsorption dryer and large regeneration loss of gas.
At the same time, it overcomes the shortcomings of heat adsorption dryer which
consumes a lot of electric energy. The compressed hot regenerative compressed air dryer uses the
characteristics of high exhaust temperature of air compressor to regenerate and
dehydrate adsorbents, and adopts the principle of atmospheric temperature
pressure swing adsorption to achieve the purpose of drying compressed air. With low energy consumption, high efficiency, no
environmental pollution, air quality and good compression characteristics. Applicable to other exhaust temperature oil-free
screw air compressor and centrifugal compressor after cooler at 115-140 DEG C。The biggest advantage of this patented equipment is
that it has no regeneration loss gas, saves energy, and produces stable and
reliable dew。
